Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through our platform.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller or merchant and the shipping process has begun, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Appdron Machine Intelligence Pvt Ltd does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 1 day of receiving the product. The request will be processed once the seller or merchant verifies the issue at their end.

4. Product Not as Described

If you believe that the product received does not match the description or your expectations, please report the issue to our customer service within 1 day of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.

6. Refund Processing

In case any refund is approved by Appdron Machine Intelligence Pvt Ltd, it will take up to 2 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
